Alejandra Rojo

Head of multi-actor partnerships at itdUPM, Associate of the Partnerships Broker Association

She is responsible for multi-actor partnerships at the Centre for Innovation in Technology for Human Development (itdUPM). With a degree in Political Science and Administration and a master’s in International Development Cooperation, she has worked with development NGOs for over twelve years, in the office of the Secretary of State for International Cooperation in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation and has managed governability and humanitarian action programmes for the Spanish International Development Cooperation Agency in Ecuador, Egypt and Ethiopia.

She is currently with itdUPM facilitating the first Spanish Humanitarian Action partnership, which has received awards from such organisations as the Milan Politecnico SET4food.

She has led various workshops on Partnerships at the University of Luxembourg, the Diplomatic School, the UPM Madrid and the School of Industrial Organisation. She is also a member of the Partnership Brokers Association.
